How to make peanut butter banana protein smoothie


Start with a nutribullet or blender of choice

Add in 8 oz milk or more if you like

1/2 banana in chunks add to milk

Add in 1 TBSP peanut butter of choice. I like this one. Best flavor.

Now add 1 scoop protein. Vanilla is best or you can use chocolate or strawberry. Be creative, banana goes with almost anything.

Blend well. Mmmmmmm

ENJOY. this actually make a powerful protein smoothie and or a yummy dessert.
