Gather the ingredience.

DAY 1: Wash and dry your strawberries and slice them into little pieces.

Put in some sugar when you are done cutting.

Add in 1/3 of lemon juice if you want the fresh taste.

Pour some cold water in till the strawberries are all covered. Leave in the fridge over night.

DAY 2: Put the marinated strawberries in the pot and boil it for one minute.

This looks good, do NOT boil it too much.

Put it back to the container and leave in the fridge over night.

DAY 3: Pour the juice in the pot. Just the juice, no berries yet.

Boil the juice for two minutes.

Put your berries in the pot too.

Stir it until the berries get soft.

Turn on big fire and keep boiling. See the white foam in the middle? Spoon out. We don't need it.

Voila! You've got your jam!

Put in jars when it's still hot.
