Gather ingredients (just use one of each fruit, not two)

Lay puff pastry out to defrost if needed

Wash fruit

Cut fruit into small pieces

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

Sprinkle workplace with flour

Lay out puff pastry and use cup/small bowl to cut out small circles

Spray baking pans and place the circles onto the pans; then brush the melted butter onto the circles

Arrange fruit onto the circles and place in the oven until the pastry is crisp and the fruit is cooked (about twenty minutes)

Warm apricot jam in the microwave until softened. Spread the jam across tarts after they've cooled.
