Gather all ingredients needed.

Collect all utensils necessary.

Pre-heat the oven to 180c.

In a small bowl put : 4 eggs - 1tsp vanilla - 2 cups sugar - 2tbls molasses - 6tbls milk.

Peel and mash 6 small bananas.

The bananas should be completely mashed.

Add the mashed bananas to the egg mixture.

Use the electric mixer to whisk the ingredients together. There shouldn't be any lumps in the mixture.

In a large bowl, sift: 4 cups flour - 2tsp bicarbonate soda - 1tsp baking powder - 2tsp cinnamon - 1tsp salt.

Gently fold in the egg mixture with the flour combination.

Keep folding them together until they're mixed slightly.

Use the Electric mixer to thoroughly combine the to mixtures together. There shouldn't be any clumps when you're done mixing.

Line the two loaf pans with foil.

Evenly pour the mixture into the pans making sure there is the same amount in each if them.

Put them in the oven for 40 minutes to an 1 hour, or until the top is nice and golden.

After it has finished baking leave it in the pan to cool for about 30 minutes. Then remove it from foil and put it in a plastic cake container. Enjoy.
